Boredom

When i am bored I end up doing some interesting things. In college I was driving down main street and decided it would be fun to dye my hair purple.  Well the ends. But I had never done it before so I ended up with a lot of grey looking hair. Oddly enough, I can't find any pictures of me when this happened. I know Smelly has a video somewhere of our Roll fight but it has gone missing too. So maybe this never really happened . . . .

On another note of being bored, I have been lost in the land of Pinterest and decided to try one of these awesome looking things I pin every day.  I found a messenger bag that unfolds into a car play mat! AND since I received a sewing machine for Christmas, I had to test it out.

The original crafter is more experienced in sewing but I think mine turned out pretty cool.

After this success I became a little more daring. I wanted to make a tunic dress I saw for my niece for her birthday.

I think I'll stay away from dresses for a bit... unless I have a pattern. I need a break from sewing anyway. I can only handle so much.
